📋 Ingredients for  Mango Mastani

For Milkshake:

  • 2 large ripe mangoes (Alphonso preferred, peeled & chopped)

  • 2.5 cups chilled milk (full-fat)

  • 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 3 scoops mango or vanilla ice cream

For Topping:

  • 1 scoop mango or vanilla ice cream (per glass)

  • Chopped nuts – almonds, cashews, pistachios (1–2 tbsp total)

  • Chopped mango pieces (2–3 tbsp)

  • Glazed cherries – 1 or 2 per glass

  • Tutti Frutti (optional) – 1 tbsp

  • Silver leaf (varak) – optional, for a royal look

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare Mango Pulp:

    • Peel and chop the mangoes. Blend to a smooth puree.

  2. Make Milkshake:

    • Add mango puree, sugar, chilled milk, and 2–3 scoops of ice cream into a blender.

    • Blend until smooth and frothy.

  3. Assemble:

    • Pour the thick milkshake into serving glasses, filling about 3/4 full.

    • Add a scoop of ice cream on top.

    • Garnish with chopped nuts, mango cubes, tutti frutti, and cherries.

    • Optionally, add a piece of silver leaf for festive presentation.

  4. Serve immediately, with a spoon and straw.

💡 Tips:

  • Use Alphonso or Kesar mangoes for the best flavor and color.

  • Adjust sugar depending on the sweetness of the mangoes.

  • Freeze mango chunks beforehand for an extra chilled shake.

  • Add a pinch of cardamom for a subtle aroma.
