Banana, Carrot & Avocado Smoothie Recipe
️ Ingredients
1 ripe banana

2 medium carrots

1 ripe avocado
1 cup cold water or milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy)

Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness
‍ Preparation Steps
Wash & Peel

Wash the carrots thoroughly. Peel them to remove dirt and any bitterness.

Peel the banana.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Chop

Slice the carrots into thin rounds to help your blender process them easily.

Slice the banana.

Cut the avocado into chunks.

Add to Blender

Place carrots at the bottom of your blender jar.

Add banana slices.

Top with avocado chunks.

Liquid

Pour in about 1 cup of cold water or your preferred milk. If you like your smoothie thinner, add more liquid.

Blend

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender strength, this may take 1–2 minutes. Scrape down the sides if needed.

Taste & Adjust

Taste the smoothie. If you prefer extra sweetness, blend in 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.

Serve

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while fresh.
