Mango Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

✅ 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
✅ 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
✅ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
✅ ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess & protein)
✅ 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
✅ ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
✅ A squeeze of fresh lime or lemon juice (to brighten flavor)
✅ ½ cup ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)
✅ Chia seeds (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Dice the mango and avocado.

    • Measure the milk and yogurt.

      Blend:

      • Add mango, avocado, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lime juice to a blender.

        • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

        • If you prefer a thinner texture, add more milk gradually.

            • Add ice cubes and blend again if you’d like it extra cold.

          1. Serve:

            • Pour into glasses.

            • Sprinkle chia seeds on top for extra fiber and omega-3s.

            • Insert a straw and enjoy immediately!
