Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust – Crispy & High-Protein πŸ•

A golden high-protein pizza crust with crispy edges and simple low-carb ingredients.

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400Β°F. Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Spread the mixture into a thin round crust shape on the prepared pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and firm around the edges.
Remove from oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
Return to the oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
