Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: paprika or chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or muffin-top pan with parchment paper.
Pat cottage cheese lightly with paper towels if very wet.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Spoon small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly into thin circles.
Sprinkle with paprika or chili flakes if desired.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until deep golden and crispy around the edges.
Let cool completely for maximum crispiness.
