Miracle Juice Recipe**
*Yield: Approximately 32–40 oz (4–5 cups)*
#### **Ingredients:**
– **5 medium carrots** (peeled if not organic)
– **8 ribs of celery** (with leaves for extra nutrients)
– **1 medium cucumber** (peeled if not organic, or leave skin on for extra fiber)
– *Optional:* 1-inch piece of ginger (for added spice and digestion benefits)
– *Optional:* ½ lemon (juiced, for a tangy boost)
#### **Instructions:**
1. **Wash & Prep** – Thoroughly rinse all vegetables. Peel carrots and cucumber if not organic.
2. **Chop** – Cut carrots, celery, and cucumber into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
3. **Juice** – Run all ingredients through a juicer (alternatively, blend and strain through a nut milk bag if no juicer is available).
