For Garnish (Optional):

- Mint sprig
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, optional banana, optional honey/maple syrup, and optional lime juice to a high-speed blender.
- Blend: Start blending on a low speed, gradually increasing to high. Use the tamper if your blender has one to push down the frozen fruit.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes or a little more frozen fruit and blend again.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed. Add more sweetener if desired, or a bit more lime juice for a tangier flavor.
- Pour and Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- Garnish (Optional): Sprinkle with shredded coconut, as shown in the image, or add a fresh pineapple wedge or mint sprig for an extra tropical touch.
